Free Falling: From Land to Sea
June 06–13, 2026

What’s Included
What Awaits You on This Journey
This June, we are adding to our journey something that usually happens only within closed retreats — deep work with the body and gravity, guided by a world-class master.
This is a rare opportunity, created especially for those who value silence, quality, and individual attention.

Daily Practices on Board

LIQUID BODY PRACTICE & FREE FALLING PRACTICE — morning and evening sessions

Every day, practices will take place on the yacht deck:
  • in the morning — to awaken the body
  • in the evening — to gently close the day
"FREE FALLING: FROM LAND TO SEA"
THE MAIN MODULE OF THE WEEK
The central practice of the journey — deep, warm, and attentive.

It is based on somatic learning and the GFP method, which explores how our nervous system responds to falling, resistance, and letting go.
  • FREE FALLING PRACTICE
A somatic practice based on the Gravitational Field Principle.

GFP (Gravitational Field Principle) is a method created by Bruno to explore our relationship with gravity.

The practice is aimed at developing a deep sense of connection —
both with oneself and with the sea.

    We explore subtle polarities where:
    • fear meets trust,
    • resistance meets letting go,
    • control meets support.
Our nervous system often lives within habitual patterns — fixed reactions that reflect internal blockages and suppressed fears of falling.
LIQUID BODY PRACTICE
MOVEMENT PRACTICE ON LAND
Inner development through movement, relaxation, and playfulness.

In this class, we invite you to immerse yourself in a unique embodied experience — the movement practice Liquid Body, which helps restore connection with a fluid, form-free state of movement.
  • Class Format
The practice takes place in the morning — as a gentle awakening of the body.

    Duration: ~30 minutes

The practice is suitable for all levels
and does not require any special physical training.

Ideal for those who want to:
    • release stress and tension
    • increase body awareness
    • restore the body’s natural ease of movement

    Liquid Body integrates:
    • principles of somatic movement
    • elements of contemporary dance
    • play-fight practices
    • partnering techniques

The philosophical foundation of the practice is deeply inspired by the element of water — as a metaphor for inner freedom, soft strength, and the natural release of tension through movement.

In his practice, he integrates:
  • contemporary dance
  • contact improvisation
  • martial arts
  • relaxation techniques
  • work with gravity on land and in water

Bruno is someone beside whom you naturally want to breathe deeper.
With him, it becomes easy to let go of control, explore the unknown, and meet yourself gently and honestly 💙
Marina Sekacheva
Movement educator, choreographer, and dancer with a pedagogical degree and many years of experience in conscious movement and dance practices
“My journey into exploring interaction with water began through the Liquid Body practice — a space where movement, breath, and presence merge into a single flow of dance with a partner. Over time, this experience became the foundation of my interest in underwater dance and freediving as forms of subtle dialogue with water and the ocean — based on sensitivity, trust, and the ability to listen.

At this retreat, I lead the morning movement practices and support underwater dance sessions, assisting Bruno.”
Grigory Solovyov
